Impartiality Policy

Inline with our Corporate Maxim, we endeavour to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards. Accordingly, we continually monitor our performance to ensure objectivity and impartiality in our assessments.

We regularly assess  our performance in relation to impartiality and seek to avoid any potential conflicts of interest. This is monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed by an independent Impartiality Committee.

Our objectivity is also monitored and addressed through training and contractual agreements to ensure that all activities undertaken throughout the certification process are conducted in the most objective manner.
