 We therefore believe that investment in our employees results in higher client satisfaction and are therefore proud to have held ‘Investors in People’ accreditation since 1999. In 2014 this was upgraded to Gold accreditation followed by the Platinum accreditation in 2017.

 In 2011 we were awarded the ‘Kent Excellence in Business Award’ for Customer Service and Commitment, and since 2014 we was awarded UK Governments Customer Service Excellence Award. Since 2014 we have also repeatedly achieved Gold Trusted Service award from Feefo, an independent customer satisfaction review service.
