An effective quality management system requires ongoing review and updating. This is the role of the Internal Auditor. They should be able to plan and carry out successful internal audits and report their findings to Senior Management. Our interactive training will help delegates to plan and conduct internal audits to best effect. They will learn auditing techniques compatible with ISO 9001 and ISO 19011, how to report on audit findings and how to implement corrective actions.

Delegates who have responsibility for auditing and who already possess a working understanding of the ISO 9001 standard. This course provides all of the elements for individuals who are required to undertake ISO 9001 internal audits or for delegates in an existing role who simply require a refresher.
