Unlike other Certification Bodies, we don’t charge for travel, hotels or any other hidden charges/expenses. There’s also no ‘annual management fees’ to make our quotes seem cheaper than they are. We do this by employing all our Auditors, all over the country; so we don’t need to outsource the work.

3. GUARANTEED CERTIFICATION

Gaining certification consists of two visits from your local Assessor. The first visit (Stage 1 Audit) establishes where your business is now, so you have an action plan moving forward. Our Account Management team will then be by your side to ensure you get to the formal Stage 2 Audit as quickly as possible, so you can start shouting about your certification.

We see getting you to your Stage 2 Audit as our responsibility, so if you were to fail your certification audit for any reason, you won’t be charged a penny more for a re-audit.

4. PRE-EMINENT STATUS

With over 40 years’ experience in the industry, we’ve built up a reputation as leaders in the measurement, testing and monitoring of people, services and organisations. In 1997, we applied to have our pre-eminence formally recognised via a corporate name change. Following a rigorous application process, our status was officially recognised by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, allowing us to use ‘British’ in our name.
