The British Assessment Bureau team have been working diligently over the last few months, enhancing the ISO journey of our clients.
As such, we’ve launched an invaluable new service which our clients have access to when first payment is made. The Client Area highlights who your dedicated Account Manager is, and how to get hold of them – committing to our promise of a guaranteed point of contact throughout the process for each client.
Upon logging into their dedicated Client Area, users are greeted with a flowchart which shows the process of current certification, as well as the future steps that follow. The flowchart compromises of several icons, representing specific stages of the process. More information can be seen about each stage by clicking on the relevant icon. If there’s any documentation relating to a stage, clients can access them by clicking on the link displayed.
Clients have an overview of their certification(s) in the Client Area, which is particularly advantageous for clients with multiple standards. This gives clients the option to view the flowchart and documentation for specific certifications in one ‘hub’.
We’re pleased to be able to offer our clients a variety of educational downloads in our Client Area’s dedicated zone. This is a feature we’ll be continuing to enhance, making sure clients have ISO and OHSAS ‘homework’ to be getting on with before and in between visits from their Assessor.
A significant section on this page is the ‘Promoting your Certification’ one. Here we offer marketing advice and assistance to help spread the word about our client’s certification successes. Clients are also able to download their logo(s) and certificate(s) once certification has been officially awarded by the British Assessment Bureau.
