We are delighted to announce that we have been named by UKAS as one of the first Certification Bodies to be granted accreditation for the new ISO 9001:2015 standard.

This achievement involved an assessment by UKAS together with witnessed client audits to ensure we met the strict criteria expected by the National Accreditation Body.

Chief Executive David Fenn commented on the news, saying;

“ISO 9001 certification helps our clients demonstrate that they are a cut above the rest. We therefore saw it as a priority to invest in the UKAS early adopter scheme for the new ISO 9001:2015 standard so that clients can be in a position to further demonstrate that they are best of breed.”

Clients can now demonstrate they meet the very latest in global best practice for quality management, with the new ISO 9001:2015 revision focusing on a risk-based approach and greater leadership involvement.

Just as important is that ISO 9001:2015 certificates issued by BAB can be backed by the UKAS ‘Crown and Tick’ logo, vital for recognition in tender situations. With UKAS being the only recognised and government-recommended Accreditation Body in the UK, BAB is one of just a handful of Certification Bodies who can provide this.

For those who wish to seek competitive advantage by achieving UKAS certification to ISO 9001:2015, then can call our award-winning team free on 0800 404 7007 to discuss.
