Gold Trusted Merchant 2016

As a result of high customer satisfaction figures throughout the past year, Feefo – the global feedback engine – has awarded the British Assessment Bureau (BAB) with the Gold Trusted Merchant accredited status for 2016 – for the third year running!

Organisations are only eligible for this certificate if they have achieved a Feefo Service Rating of 95% combined with a minimum number of feedbacks from their clients. We can confirm we are exceeding this, with a 99% service rating across 329 client reviews.

Feefo guarantees that all feedback left is 100% genuine through rigorous protection of the process. Ratings and reviews can only be left by those customers verified by sales data, and invited by Feefo via email. Feefo ensures that all genuine customers are invited to feedback, providing a true and representative sample of consumer opinion.

Director, Rob Fenn, commented on the accomplishment;

“We’re grateful for the kind comments left on Feefo by clients over the past year which has helped BAB qualify for this award. Occasionally, we also receive constructive criticism, which we value in equal measure – it’s important that we don’t rest on our laurels and strive for ongoing improvement.”

Committed to being recognised as the most customer-focused Certification Body, March will see the start of the BAB’s 2016 Client Satisfaction Survey, carried out independently by Lake Market Research.
