All industries are different, and we like to treat them as such. With ISO certification, the one shoe fits all philosophy just won’t cut it. The uniqueness of each industry should be recognised and addressed accordingly.
Before attempting to serve a new market with we take several steps to ensure we’re ready. These steps are entirely necessary to ensure the required level of competence from ourselves to adequately serve that new section(s) of the market.
A key step for us is a formal assessment from the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). It’s their assessment that determines whether we are capable to serve new markets and the nuances that lie within them.
We’re pleased to announce that we’re now accredited to serve the Health & Social Work, as well as the Electrical & Optical Equipment industries with ISO Certification.

Keith Goddard, Head of Certification commented on the grant of accreditation, saying,
“We are pleased to continue to expand our UKAS schedule so that we can work in new markets. We’re looking forward to helping even more happy customers achieve certification backed by accreditation from the UK’s National Accreditation Body. Our aim is to continue to push onwards and upwards, demonstrating our competence in other industries we believe would value our pragmatic approach to ISO certification.”
