ISO 45001 Certification

Organisations who currently hold OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification have until 11th March 2021 to complete a successful migration to ISO 45001:2018.

ISO 45001:2018 adopts the new Annex SL structure which has also been recently utilised in other ISO standards such as 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, and is intended to allow commonality and easier integration between these management systems.

To understand the requirements of ISO 45001:2018 we advise that you purchase a copy of the standard by clicking here. You are also required to have an on-site Migration Gap Analysis completed by one of our Auditor’s, which will clearly identify any non-conformances in your current management system against the new standard.

Once your management system is ISO 45001:2018 compliant, an audit can be scheduled to take place on your chosen date (please call for quotation and availability), or alternatively this can be combined with your next scheduled surveillance audit to reduce costs.

This migration guide applies to both existing BAB clients, and also organisations who wish to transfer their UKAS accredited OHSAS 18001:2007 certification from a different Certification Body.
